Kullanım Koşulları

01Koşulların kabulü

Nybble'a kaydolarak veya uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

02Yaş sınırı

Nybble'ı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (bulunduğun ülkede daha yüksek bir yaş sınırı varsa o yaşta) olmalısın.

03Hesabın

Hesabın telefon numarana bağlıdır. Numaranın ve cihazının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Nybble uçtan uca şifrelidir: mesajlarını okuyamayız ve kaybolan mesaj geçmişini geri getiremeyiz. Hesabını istediğin an uygulama içinden (Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil) kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.

04Kabul edilebilir kullanım — sıfır tolerans

Nybble'da şunları yapamazsın:

• Başkalarını taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, yıldırmak veya nefret söylemi yaymak;
• Çocukların cinsel istismarına ilişkin her türlü içerik — bu, koşulsuz ve derhal hesap kapatma sebebidir ve yetkili mercilere bildirilir;
• Şiddet çağrısı yapmak veya şiddet içeren tehditlerde bulunmak;
• Yasa dışı mal veya hizmet alışverişi yapmak;
• Başkası gibi davranmak, sahte kimlik kullanmak;
• İstenmeyen toplu mesaj (spam), dolandırıcılık veya kimlik avı;
• Başkasının izni olmadan özel bilgilerini paylaşmak;
• Servisi otomatik araçlarla kötüye kullanmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak.

Rahatsız edici içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara toleransımız yoktur.

05Şikâyet, engelleme ve yaptırım

Her kullanıcı profilinden ve her mesajın üzerine basılı tutarak Şikâyet Et ve Engelle seçeneklerine ulaşabilirsin. Mesajların uçtan uca şifreli olduğu için içeriği kendiliğinden göremeyiz; şikâyet ederken ilgili mesajın metnini incelememiz için bize iletmeyi seçebilirsin.

Bize ulaşan şikâyetleri 24 saat içinde inceleriz. İhlal tespit edersek içeriği kaldırır ve/veya hesabı askıya alır ya da kalıcı olarak kapatırız. Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.

06Herkese açık içerik

Hikâyeler ve kanallar birer yayındır ve tasarım gereği uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Paylaştığın bu içerikten sen sorumlusun ve moderasyona tabidir.

07Servis "olduğu gibi" sunulur

Nybble geliştirme aşamasındadır ve olduğu gibi sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti vermiyoruz. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, servisin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Şifreleme uygulamamız henüz bağımsız bir güvenlik denetiminden geçmemiştir.

08Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama üzerinden duyururuz. Güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

01Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nybble you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or older, where your country requires it) to use Nybble.

03Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number, and you are responsible for the security of that number and your device. Nybble is end-to-end encrypted: we cannot read your messages and cannot recover lost message history. You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account).

04Acceptable use — zero tolerance

You may not use Nybble to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate or spread hate against others;
• Share child sexual abuse material of any kind — this results in immediate, unconditional termination and referral to the authorities;
• Incite or threaten violence;
• Trade in illegal goods or services;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Send spam, run scams or attempt phishing;
• Share someone's private information without their consent;
• Abuse the service with automated tools, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to defeat its security.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

05Reporting, blocking and enforcement

Report and Block are available from every user profile and by long-pressing any message. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted we cannot see their content on our own; when you report a message you may choose to attach its text so a moderator can review it.

We review reports within 24 hours. Where we find a violation we remove the content and/or suspend or permanently terminate the account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

06Public content

Stories and channels are broadcasts and are, by design, not end-to-end encrypted. You are responsible for what you publish there, and it is subject to moderation.

07Provided "as is"

Nybble is under active development and is provided as is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our encryption implementation has not yet undergone an independent security audit.

08Changes

We may update these Terms and will announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use Nybble after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
